1. Soak the almonds in water overnight.

Grapefruit margarita
You will need:
- 2 grapefruit
- 1/2 pomelo
-1 lemon
-1/3 cup raspberries (thawed)
- fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
- Soda water
Preparation
1, Squeeze the juice from all the fruits and berries - grapefruit, pomelo, lemon, raspberries, rosemary and optionally add maple syrup.
2. Pour the juice into a glass and cover with sparkling soda water.
3. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy.

Banana "smoothie"
You will need:
- 3 bananas
-1/2 lime
-1 tsp cinnamon
- 700 ml oat or almond milk.
Peel the bananas and limes and place them in a juicer with the rest of the ingredients using the smoothie insert. Recipe from @veganwings_
Beetroot lemonade
You will need:
- 6 red oranges
- 2 limes
- 3 cm fresh turmeric root
-3 cm fresh ginger root

[ ZERO WASTE ] Carrot and oats appetizer
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 50 g carrot pomace left over from squeezing carrot juice (or grated carrots)
- 90 g oats
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (organic)
- 300 g coconut yoghurt
- Perhaps a little water
Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the water, depending on the desired consistency.
2. Eat cold immediately or place in the fridge overnight and enjoy with breakfast.
Paprika risotto
For 2 people you will need:
100 g risotto rice
500 ml paprika juice squeezed with Kuvings (made with 3 large peppers and 1/2 tsp salt)
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 large handful of Parmesan cheese, finely grated (possibly vegan)
Salt
About 3 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the sage leaves in it until crisp
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 teaspoon fermented Kampot pepper
Preparation
1. Fry the onion in 1 tbsp butter. Add the rice and let it soften slightly.
2. Gradually pour in the chilli juice, let the rice simmer, stirring, until cooked to al dente.
The risotto should still be thick.
3. Add the Parmesan and the remaining butter and divide between two plates.
4.Season with sage, pepper and almonds.

You will need
- 50 g celery (cut into 3-4 cm pieces)
- 1 medium apple with core
- 600 ml coconut water
- 1 piece of ginger
Preparation: whisk all ingredients with a Kuvings vacuum blender SV-500 (or SV-400).

Pink pastries
- 2 bars of white chocolate (without sugar and palm oil)
- 2 tablespoons dried raspberries
Almond filling
- Half a cup of almond pomace (left over after making almond milk*)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- a little water
Raspberry jelly (without added sugar)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- a little lemon juice
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (bowl over a saucepan of simmering water). Add the dried raspberry crumbs. Spoon into the moulds provided (1 tablespoon each). Turn the mould to form the edges of the chocolate. Place in the freezer for a few minutes.
2. Filling: mix all ingredients and pour into the moulds (1/2 tablespoon per mould).
3. Preparation of the jelly Stir all the ingredients in a saucepan and let it cook for a few minutes. The jelly is ready

Ingridients
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cashew nuts (the pomace left over from making homemade cashew milk)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Additives: puffed oats and pistachios
Preparation
Make your own cashew drink with a Kuvings juicer.

Add all the ingredients and heat over low heat for a few minutes.

Preparation
Bring the water and the beetroot residue to the boil in a saucepan. Add the garlic clove and spices. Bring the soup to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the cream and mash everything. If the soup is too thick for you, you can add a little more water. Serve with fresh greens

This juice is a real vitamin bomb!
You need vitamins to get through the winter healthy.
ACE juice contains important antioxidants that protect cells and strengthen the immune system. Vitamin C binds free radicals and can prevent colds. Vitamin A is well absorbed by the body along with some fats.
As the weather gets colder, strengthening the immune system becomes more important. You can replace your favourite summer fruits with fruit juices that have a similar vitamin content.
Hot Christmas wine
Who wants hot mulled wine?
Did you know you can make delicious mulled wine with a Kuving juicer? Just try this recipe!
Ingridients
1 litre red wine (semi-dry)
2 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
2 star anise
3 oranges
60-70 g brown sugar
Preparation
1. Heat the red wine and spices in a saucepan.
2. Squeeze the juice of two oranges and pour into the red wine.
3. Wash the remaining orange in hot water, drain and cut into thin slices.
Reserve 3-4 slices for decoration and add the rest to the pot.
4. Simmer all the ingredients on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the brown sugar and enjoy!
Beetroot and pomegranate juice

Chilli chocolate nut drink
Ingridients
1/2 bar dark chocolate (no sugar, no palm oil)
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation
1. Stir in half of the nut drink, add 1 small chili pepper and add the juice again
2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes until a smooth consistency
3. Serve hot or add ice.
Hazelnut drink* :
2 cups hazelnuts
4 cups of water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
A pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
Soak the nuts overnight or just use hot water and soak for at least 1 hour, rinse the nuts well, add the nuts and water to a juicer, add maple syrup and salt, refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.

Apple pie
Thanks to our juicer, you can not only enjoy freshly squeezed juice from fresh and tasty apples, but also make delicious cakes with the leftover pomace!
Ingridients
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g melted butter
- 5 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4-5 apples
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C using the circulating air function (180 °C upper/lower heat).
2. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter and eggs.
3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into a creamy dough.
4. Squeeze the juice from the apples, mix the juice with the dough and pour it all into a greased tin (approx. 28 cm in diameter).
5. Slice 3 apples and place on the dough. Bake the apple pie for about 55-60 minutes. Finally, sprinkle a little icing sugar on top. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Cranberry-ginger panacotta
This recipe is so extraordinary and sophisticated with a special ginger twist. Just try it.
You will need:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cranberry ginger juice
2 tablespoons agar agar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation:
1.Using a Kuvings juicer, prepare the cranberry + ginger juice and set aside 1/6 cup of juice.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
3. Pour into glasses and leave at room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Banana-oat smoothie
This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a quick snack during the day.
The preparation is very simple, but the cocktail tastes super tasty!
INGREDIENTS per serving
2 ripe bananas
2 fresh figs
2 tablespoons oatmeal
100 ml oat milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
3 tablespoons granola
Preparation:
Pour the milk into a glass, add the oats, cinnamon and nutmeg and leave to swell for a few minutes. Place the banana and figs in a Kuvings juicer with a cocktail filter. Add the milk and oatmeal. Run the juicer for about 20 seconds with the Smart Cap closed. Pour into a glass and garnish with sliced fresh figs or other fruit. Garnish with granola and enjoy immediately!
Heavy metal detox cocktail
You will need:
8 oranges
1 lemon
1 celery stick
fresh coriander
Preparation
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Slowly add the ingredients one by one into the juicer.
Pumpkin cocktail
You will need:
1/2 orange
250 g cooked pumpkin
1/4 lemon
1 banana
1/3 tsp cinnamon
2 teaspoons agave syrup (optional)
200 ml of water
Preparation:
1. Peel the orange, banana and lemon and place in a juicer using the cocktail attachment.
2. Boil the pumpkin, cut it into medium sized pieces and put them in the juicer as well.
3. Now you can add water. If the cocktail is still too thick for you, just add a little more water.
4. Season with cinnamon and agave syrup.
5. Enjoy!
Soaked oats appetizer
You will need:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond drink*
1 banana
2 tablespoons chia and flaxseed
2 tablespoons yoghurt of your choice
1 tablespoon dried raspberries

1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2.add oats, chia, flaxseed, dried raspberries, yoghurt and milk.

Latte
Who wants a ginger almond latte?
This latte tastes so delicious and healthy with a freshly made almond drink. It's easy to prepare, with home-made products - you always know exactly what's in it. Just try it!
Ingridients
250 ml almond drink (freshly prepared with REVO830)
250 ml water
2 tea bags of black tea
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla
A little sugar
Gingerbread, gingerbread spices and whipped cream for decoration
Preparation:
1. Boil water with the tea leaves and spices.
2. Prepare and heat the almond drink.
3. Pour the almond drink into a glass with the spiced tea. 4. As a decoration you can use some gingerbread, gingerbread spice and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
- 350 ml hazelnut milk (e.g. homemade with Kuvings)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Tomato soup
Pumpkin cupcakes
You will need:
- 1 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup almond flour (grated almonds)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 pumpkin
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
(Vegan alternative to eggs: 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin in half and bake in a 180 degrees C° oven for 30 minutes.Puree the pumpkin and banana with a Kuvings juicer (smoothie adapter).Add the remaining ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C°.

Chocolates with cranberries
You will need:
- 2 dark chocolate bars
- 1/3 cup cranberry pomace
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
1. place the bowl over a pan of simmering water
2.lower the heat and put the chocolate in a bowl
3.wait a few minutes for it to dissolve
4. Remove the bowl with the chocolate and mix with all the ingredients.
5. pour the mixture into the silicone mould
6. place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Super healthy caramel granola without added sugar
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 cup whole caramel*
Preparation:
1. Healthy caramel: Soak 1 cup of dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Mash the dates with a splash of water, milk and a pinch of Himalayan salt in a Kuvings blender
2. Mix the oats, nuts and seeds, maple syrup, coconut oil and tahini with the caramel.
3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If you want larger pieces, do not stir for the first 8 minutes.
