Refund conditions:

- The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (instructions, wires, cables, etc.) and gifts (if any).
- The product can only be returned to the OPTITA UAB store where it was purchased. The customer is responsible for the transport costs of the goods.
- When returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt) showing the date of purchase, the name of the item and the amount of payment.
- The money will be refunded in cash or credited to the bank account specified by the customer if the item was paid for by bank transfer. Refunds by bank transfer will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the return of the goods.
- If a customer card was used during the purchase, the money loaded for the product will be deducted.
Return policy:
1. The Return Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantee) is valid for the purchase of goods in all UAB OPTITA stores.
2. The Returns Guarantee applies to all goods except games, hygiene products and software.
3. Returns can be made if the product is unused, in working order and in full working order, in its original packaging, accompanied by the original purchase documents (receipt) showing the date of purchase, the name of the product and the amount of payment, and the Application Form (see point 5).
4. You can return the goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase. If the goods were purchased in an OPTITA UAB store, you may only return the goods to the same OPTITA UAB store where they were purchased.
5. The Buyer must submit a Request Form together with the returned goods, stating: the Buyer's name, bank account number, Credit Account No. or Order No. and the reason for return.
7. The money shall be transferred to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days of the return of the goods by bank transfer to the specified account, or cash on the spot.
8. Refund the amount of money stated on the purchase documents.
9. Only natural persons can return the goods, legal persons are not covered by the additional guarantee.
10. Partners purchasing the product for resale are not subject to these rules.
11. Refunds are not available if the returned item is missing its original packaging, components (not complete, e.g. no charger, no wires, no nozzles, etc.), mechanically damaged, fully or partially non-functional, or otherwise damaged, or if it has lost any of its usable qualities, or if it has lost any of its original appearance.
12. The product can only be returned once all the terms and conditions set out above have been met.
13. Goods purchased in kuvings.lt e-shop may be returned in the manner provided for in the E-Commerce Rules in the event of withdrawal from the distance sales contract.
