Delivery conditions
Once your order has been placed, we will prepare and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. A courier will contact you within 1-2 working days and deliver the ordered goods after agreeing a convenient delivery time.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to ask our managers, or if you have any questions about the delivery address or other details, we will also contact you to clarify.
In Lithuania, we present our products in the following ways:
DPD and Omniva (within 1-3 days after order confirmation);
By courier (within 1-2 days after order confirmation).
Courier deliveries take place on weekdays until 17:00.
We deliver abroad by DPD, GLS and UPS couriers (3-7 days after order confirmation).
If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the post office by the deadline set by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay the cost of the additional postage and return.
! Please choose your delivery method responsibly during the hot season. We recommend that you collect your parcels as soon as possible, or choose a courier delivery method.
Delivery charges
For orders in Lithuania the delivery fee is: by post from 2,64 €, by courier 4,24 €.
